In 1995, he founded Archos-Conseil in Casablanca, a consulting firm specializing in management and information systems. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth and attracted leading investors, resulting in the opening of its capital to a French engineering group listed on the Paris Stock Exchange and subsequently to a major Moroccan private group.
In 2005, he joined Danone Morocco as Vice-President in charge of Supply Chain and Information Systems. There, he led several strategic transformation projects and contributed to the optimization of the group’s industrial, logistics, and technological operations.
From 2015 to 2024, he was appointed by an investment fund to serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a group operating in the logistics, press distribution, educational publishing, and e-education platform sectors. In this capacity, he led a major restructuring, modernization, and strategic development program.
In 2024, he co-founded Devlopia & Partners, a consulting firm dedicated to supporting companies in their growth projects, financing structuring, strategic development, and the facilitation of high-value-added partnerships.
Within the International Institute for Geopolitical Studies (IIEG), Amine Benchekri is **Executive Director of the Global South Division**. He also contributes to the development of partnerships between academic, institutional, and economic actors in order to foster dialogue and cooperation between the different regions of the Global South.
His expertise in governance, organizational transformation, investment, and economic development brings to the Global South Division an approach to major international transformations that is both strategic and operational.
Convinced that contemporary challenges require a cross-disciplinary approach combining expertise, innovation, and cooperation, he works to strengthen synergies between the academic, institutional, and economic worlds in order to promote strategic thinking in support of sustainable development, stability, and territorial resilience.
