Dr. Jean Daniel Ovaga is a Congolese physician, entrepreneur, and business leader dedicated for nearly three decades to health sector development and private sector leadership. A medical graduate of Marien Ngouabi University in Brazzaville, he is founder and CEO of Securex Medical Clinic Group, operating across Congo, with international medical partnerships in Morocco, France, and Turkey.

He currently serves as Board Chair and Executive President of the National Union of Economic Operators of Congo (UNOC), Vice-President of the National Order of Physicians of Congo, and President of the Private Health Sector Alliance (ASPS). He is also a former Member of Parliament in Congo's National Assembly serving on the Health, Population, and Social Affairs Committee.
